What do you do when your Gym is closed?
With a new wave of closures being threatened, I've gotten several questions about some at home options.
So here are a few do anywhere movements. (These banded exercises do not require hooking the band over a door or around something in your house....often a safety concern)
Band exercises
Bent Over Row / Shoulder Press / Pull Apart / Tricep Extension / Bicep Curl
Body weight exercises
Push-ups/air squats/crunches
Mobility
Couch stretch/bottom of squat
You can combine these banded and body weight movements in any combination, vary the sets and reps, and find what works for (and challenges) you.
Don't forget your mobility work!
