The 800-gram challenge
Do you think you have to have a perfect diet to RADICALLY improve your health?
I met EC more than a decade ago at Peterson AFB, and she has always provided great (science based/common sense) nutrition coaching.
I had forgotten she did this talk and stumbled across it in my notes this morning (link below). It is too good not to share (titled “An Elegant Diet | EC Synkowski | TEDxBoulder”) just in case the link doesn’t work.
Cliff notes for the challenge are:
* Eat 6 cups, 800g (cup = size of your fist) of Fruits and Vegetables every day
* This is adding to the way your currently eat – taking nothing away
* Choose what foods you like – don’t eat anything you don’t like
That’s it! It’s that simple!
And, it can make a massive impact on your health!
