I’ve been talking to a lot of folks that are trying to get started, keep going, or set a goal to get healthier, stronger and/or fitter. They are looking for that why, that little bump to get their momentum started…….
So, I saw this and thought it could speak to about anyone……
Here is Jean (82 years old) breaking her personal deadlift record (153 pounds).
Talk about NO excuses.
