1. I can't stop emotional/stress eating
2. I don't plan my meals. (Both men and women agreed on this one)
3. I eat too quickly. (Mostly men checked the box here)
4. I have a serious sweet tooth
5. I eat out a lot. (Both men and women agreed here)
6. I eat larger portions than I need
7. I don't have time to prepare meals...
8. I drink too much alcohol
There was a significant pattern with 2, 3, 5, 6 and 7.
Sometimes, just being aware of where you are struggling can get you back on track.
