R.E.D. Friday

Going to make a switch from the normal Anti-Fragile Post to R.E.D. Friday workout challenges.

R.E.D. Friday was started back in 2005 (simple as wearing something red on Fridays) as a way to show support tour troops, especially remembering those who are deployed.

For our purposes here, I would like the sentiment to include all those that serve our communities (Police, Fire Fighters, all First Responders) who spend so much time away from their families. We should take time to remember all those who volunteer for difficult and often dangerous duty so that we can be safe.

I invite you to participate (to the best of your ability) in our Friday workouts to remember those that serve. And share, to a small degree, the suffering and challenges they face daily.

Today's workout is called: “Tellier"

With a running clock, as fast as possible complete the prescribed work in the order written, starting each new segment with 10 Burpees.
