800g Challenge shortcut (Smoothie)
Wanted to share a short cut we found in meeting the 800g nutrition challenge:
Cal Protein Carb Fat
2 Cups spinach 80 10 14 1
MetRex Protein 160 25 10 2.5
Barlean’s Greens 25 0 5 0
2 Cups Skim Milk 180 18 24 1
1 Cup Blueberries 80 1 21 1
1 Cup Strawberries 60 1 13 1
585 65 87 6.5
Easy way to get 4 of the 6 Cups of Fruits and Veggies in.
I use chocolate Whey protein and Barlean's.
You can sub whatever % milk you like (or milk substitute) or just go water.
We use frozen berries/fruit for ease of storage and as a sub for ice.
