If you feel like you need to do a little more work on your core, here are my - Top “Ab Exercises”

1. Hollow Rocks - This is my go to, full body ab exercise to develop a strong core. Extending arms and legs straight puts massive strain on the musculature to hold this position.

2. L-Sit - Hip flexion is a great way to build lower abs while stabilizing yourself with an upright torso brings in the upper core muscles. These are insanely hard and 20 seconds feels like an hour.

3. Hanging Leg Raise - We typically think of core exercises with our feet fixated to the floor or machine. Hanging leg raises loads the core with your arms in a fixed position and raising your legs by engaging your core muscles.

4. Cable Chop - The core is designed to move and stabilize in many directions. The chop brings in rotational strength which is often missed in standard core training programs. Added bonus here for increased athleticism which is something we all need.
