Attitude Is Everything!

Why mindset matters…

One of the best pieces of advice I’ve gotten in how to improve your attitude is instead of saying “I have to” (go to work, mow the yard, fix dinner, workout); replace the first words of your sentence with “I Get To”.

I “GET TO” go to work (glad I have a job), fix dinner (have a home, food to eat), workout (have a healthy body, time, ability to move around)

Be thankful for your health and ability (whatever it may be today). Be thankful for you circumstance (as imperfect as it may be right now).

And if you’re dissatisfied with (your job, home, level of fitness) then (with a positive attitude) put in a little work to make it better tomorrow!
